Delivery Lead Time: Within the U.S.

  3. Next Day: One business day

  1. All of the lead times listed above are for delivery (The actual travel time).
  2. We normally use either USPS or UPS service if within the U.S. For further information or any other shipping method you prefer, please contact us at support@voicecaddie.com.
  3. Shipping times are subject to change due to order quantity or shipping method preference.
  4. Please fill in the correct address and phone number in your order form.
  5. Voice Caddie does not provide gift-wrapping services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  6. Voice Caddie cannot guarantee the delivery date for your package.
  7. Delivery insures the package that is being delivered. If the product is damaged while shipping, please contact your local post office or Voice Caddie.

RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please email us at rma@voicecaddie.com to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once an RMA number has been assigned, send us your item with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Shipping fees for returns are the customers’ responsibility.
