Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened items are nonrefundable. Email us at rma@voicecaddie.com to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once a RMA number has been assigned, send us your item with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
